This role is key part of the Americas Commercial team who’s responsibility is to help empower commercial success of the Vivo Ventilation, Z Series Sleep and overall Breas branding activities in the region. Responsibilities include particpiation in the development and implementation of customer facing activities in the region.
The purpose of the position is to work under the direction of the Director of Marketing – Americas to initiate, execute and evaluate marketing activities in the region plus provide marketing support to the direct sales teams in the US and distributors in Canada and LATAM. The role requires close collaboration with colleagues in the Americ and Sweden and aims to deliver a high service level to customers and sales teams. This requires an independent way of working, high reliability to deliver according to agree deadlines and a strong sense of quality.
Responsibilities:
- Execute primary market research, competitor reviews, positioning, pricing
- Work closely with region direct sales and distributiors to provide training and tools enabling the team to grow the business and reach targets
- Works closely with key customers to understand their needs and translate those into actionable activities
- Continuously gather information about market trends, customer needs, clinical trends, competition, Regulatory, etc, to define opportunities and threats for the business and initiate appropriate actions
- Help support a competitive commercial strategy for the Breas devices, accessories and cloud solution in Ventilation
- Support all smallCPAP.com website activities related to branding and promotion, tracking of advertising spend, managing local dashboards related to website traffic and building ROI
- Create and support Breas branding initiatives through an attractive visual image (implementing Breas branding guidelines) and consistent messaging
- Develop and deploy high-impact marketing campaigns for the Vivo and Z2 businesses in the US
- Develop and deploy innovative multi-channel promotional campaign tools and programs to support the sales force and to increase customer contacts through new channels including traditional advertising, e-mail blasts, direct mail and social media. Evaluate outcomes and ROI.
- Support and coordinate with Sweden all local website initiatives in line with marketing activities, product launches and new technology and ensure that they are secure and technically up to date.
- Prepare and evaluate the effect of other marketing activities
- Close collaboration with the sales, customer service, technical service, quality/regulatory affairs and finance teams
- Assist in other sales or operations related projects
- Maintain efficient workflow processes within the US team and manage sales collateral in an efficient way
- Stay up to date on rules and regulations for promotion of medical devices to various customer segments (both professionals and consumers) in the territory where Breas is active.
- Maintain compliance to rules and regulations for promotion of medical devices.
- Manages all sales and marketing collateral
- Supports and manages local price files and quotation calculators
- Supports and manages US Commercial Sharepoint files
- Maintain a high service level towards all direct and indirect sales and marketing partners
- Represent Breas towards customers and suppliers
- Issue requests for proposals
- Make the necessary agreements for customer activities and marketing material within agreed budgets
- Initiate marketing materials and make them available to relevant parties
- Manages local budgets related to all marketing and communication spend for websites, tradeshows and congresses and printed marketing collateral

Qualifications / Requirements
. A bachelor’s degree in marketing, Graphic design or other relevant discipline
. Excellent skills with graphic design software (eg Adobe InDesign)
. WordPress skills to execute website updates
. Experience from medical devices and preferably also consumer marketing
. Fluent in English
