About the role
You will be part of the Hydro Business Support team and have an important role to help us reach our vision that all documentation are correct, properly archived and available for all users.

You are going to have interfaces towards collegues and contractors located in different parts of Sweden and Finland. In your role you will be responsible for:
- Responsible for the Documentation Process with both internal as well as external sourcing in an efficient way and act as business documentation leader.
- Support business in setting strategies and priorities for documentation creation, maintenance and usage in alignment with connected group level activities, such as centrally provided documentation standards and documentation services.
- Optimize and Govern external Contracts together with manager.
- Ensure documentation standards and processes by ensuring that relevant set of instructions and rules are established to regulate the management of documentation within own business area.
Preferred locations for the position are at our offices in Sweden (Östersund, Borlänge, Karlstad or Solna).
Travel at work occurs.

What we are looking for
You have relevant education in relevant field of study, at least 3 years of experience in documentation management.
Proven track record of systematic development and implementation skills and Experience in handling external contracts and representing clients.
We value your personality highly. As Documentation specialist, you need to be relationship-building and have a strong sense of what needs to be prioritized from the perspective of the business, practical yet strategic approach. In addition, it is important that you are quality conscious, structured and have the ability to work both independently and in a group.
You are required to communicate verbally and in writing in both Swedish and English.
