SEB Embedded is on a mission to bring banking to where it’s needed and we are looking for a Communications Specialist to join our journey! This is a brand new position and as the first Communications Specialist, you will be responsible for shaping and communicating the SEB Embedded message. You will have your home base in our Client Management & Operations team, but collaborate across the entire organization. What you will do
Manage and maintain SEB Embedded's online presence.
Create engaging content for a variety of platforms, including websites, blogs, social media, press releases, employer branding, presentation materials and marketing materials.
Coordinate and execute strategic communication plans to enhance brand visibility, promote key messages, and support organizational goals.
Collaborate over teams to ensure coherent messaging across different platforms and internal communications.
Monitor media coverage and industry trends, and proactively identify opportunities for positive media exposure.
Establish KPIs and provide valuable insights for continuous improvement.

Who you are
Experience as a Communications Specialist or similar role.
Exceptional writing and editing skills in English and Swedish, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to adapt writing style for different audiences.
Understanding of social media platforms, SEO best practices and digital marketing trends.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
A creative mindset and the ability to contribute to innovative communication strategies.
Experience with banking and/or financing is a plus.Experience with employer branding is a plus.
