Responsibilities

You will manage and grow the company´s most valued global accounts. Your primary objective will be to cultivate strong relationships with the company´s key customers, understand their unique business needs, and promote tailored solutions based on an in-depth understanding of their requirements. You will be a natural link of communication between the organization and the customer with the goal of creating value for both parties and finding optimal solutions, including:

  • Developing strong relationships with a portfolio of major clients
  • Acquiring a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
  • Expanding the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
  • Securing new customers and cultivate them into key accounts
  • Ensuring that the correct products and services are delivered to the customers in a timely manner
  • Resolving any issues and problems faced by the customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust

Who are you?

You have a curious mind-set and a strong ability to understand technical concepts. As a person you show initiative and follow-through and have the ability to turn leads into orders through creativity, structure, and perseverance. You are optimistic and have the ability to attract, develop and close business. Your experience background includes:

  • A master’s or equivalent degree in engineering or, if an advanced degree outside of engineering, a strong technical understanding based on extensive experience working with industrial technology
  • Fluency in, or mastery of English, both written and oral.
  • At least five years of work experience in Key Account Management, preferably in the following fields:
    • International OEM customers
    • Business-to-business, industrial technologies
    • Clean-tech or energy related business
  • Proven track-record in acquiring new customers and building sales per customer.

    Earlier experience from working with catalysts or within the chemical industry is seen as meritorious.
