Northvolt has an exciting job offer for a Business Intelligence Analyst to build an Analytics platform together with our passionate team on-site in our location in Västerås or Stockholm.
In joining us you will play an important part from the very start in building one of the first large-scale European battery factories. Northvolt will play an important role in the transformation to a carbon-free society.
A core function of this role will be to not only manage the delivery of BI solutions but challenge the status quo so that Northvolt is implementing the most efficient solutions possible. This role will report directly to the Business Intelligence Manager.

Key responsibilities:Lead requirements-gathering discussions with stakeholders across multiple business units
Build data models and other data solutions to help teams work more efficiently.
Manage full data project lifecycle from requirements gathering to building and deploying BI solutions
Initiate discussions and plans for adopting BI & DW strategy
Collaborate with the Master data team to ensure data quality

Skills & Requirements
We believe you are knowledgeable about T-SQL and have experience handling SQL for analytical purposes. You also have experience working with Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse and Azure DevOps, where you have a good understanding of cloud platforms. You are passionate about analysing business processes and deriving and articulating requirements and solutions to business owners and stakeholders. You get bonus points for having experience in the manufacturing industry!

We also think that you have the following:
A Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
2 years of experience working with BI development.
Excellent English skills, both written and oral, Swedish is considered a plus.
