Senior UX Research Ops to a global company
We seek a Senior UX Research Operations professional to join the MarCom team at a global company. You will be a key player in the team and play a pivotal role in shaping the user research landscape and creating a culture of frequent testing. Your resilience and adaptability will be crucial in navigating the complexities of the role and driving success.
Main responsibilities
- Standardize user research processes, streamlining the identification, recruitment, and scheduling of users and creating research plan templates
- Develop a program to conduct system-level analysis
- Document validation and present the performance of each product
- Maintain a data-driven insights repository and Product Research Catalogue
- Suggest opportunities for different research methodologies
- Instilling culture and expectations of user research in the team
Your background and experience
We are looking for a person with strong and proven experience in a similar role. Experience from an international company and working in English is considered a vital asset, enabling you to hit the ground running and make a substantial impact.
Good to know
This is a full-time temporary assignment for approximately six months through Hammer & Hanborg, starting in September. The location for this role is in Älmhult, with the possibility of working remotely two days/week.
