Welcome to EMEA GSCS Commercial Team! We are a multinational multi-cultural team extending across EMEA with 20+ employees in areas such as Project Procurement, Sub-Contract Procurement working together to manage Commercial projects across the Westinghouse portfolio.

In the role of PPM in our team, you will be a key player the preparation of invitation to tenders, negotiation of contract terms and contract award for goods and services, and managing the ongoing delivery of procured services. We are looking forward to meeting you!

Your contribution for a carbon-free future

As PPM here with us, your main responsibility is to, lead all procurement activities in assigned programs to assure readiness for pre-pilot, pilot, and execution.
Partner with Commodity teams to assist with projects charter, benefits, and resource requirements. Among other things, this means that you will:

  • Development of sourcing & procurement strategies and plans together with Offer and Project Teams. Identify and capture the demand, identified potential suppliers and establish a communication channel towards the suppliers.
  • Establish pricing, delivery, terms and conditions to satisfy financial, quality and delivery requirements
  • Preparation and coordination of the RFx Process and establish sourcing strategies for suppliers and services:
  • Preparation of Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA)
  • RFx development and preparation, definition of commercial conditions

In addition to your daily tasks, you will also contribute to the utilization of Best-Cost Country Sourcing, with emphasis on EMEA.

The role is placed in one of our hubs. Sweden, Belgium, Germany, UK with the option to work remotely on agreement.

We are looking for you
To be a good match for this role, we believe that hold, CIPS, and or a degree in a relevant subject with 5-7 years minimum experience in a similar role, as the work includes the requirement for strong analytic experience & good problem-solving ability and high attitude for ownership
You have experience in International sourcing, and are motivated by being part of an amazing team.

We also believe that you thrive in an environment that is supportive and listening and is curious to learn more about Westinghouse.

Qualifications
  • [BA/BS/ME degree in business or engineering with a minimum of 5 -7 years of project management experience.
  • 5 to 7 years’ experience in procurement
  • Strong Analytic experience & Good problem-solving ability and high attitude for ownership
  • Ability to maintain long term productive relationship with supplier (SRM)
  • A team player collaborating with multiple regions & product lines to serve Westinghouse’s customers
  • Knowledge of EMEA supplier base for the energy sector is a plus.
