Assignment Description:
We are looking for an experienced Support Technician to join our team
What you will work on:

- Categorize and prioritize cases received via phone or web notification.
- Register cases and maintain a case management system.
- Perform initial troubleshooting and provide possible solutions to users over the phone or via email.
- Resolve incoming cases in the first contact whenever possible; escalate complex issues to second or third-line support.
- Understand the importance of providing excellent customer service.
- Punctual and reliable with strong organizational skills.
- Positive and sociable, able to give and receive constructive feedback.
What you bring:
- Secondary and/or post-secondary education with an IT focus.
- Proficiency in verbal and written communication in Swedish.
- At least one year documented work experience in IT support and help desk or similar roles utilizing the telephone as a primary tool (within the last five years).
- At least one year documented experience in troubleshooting PCs, peripherals, and network communication over the phone (within the last five years).
- At least one year of documented experience working with MS Office, Microsoft Windows Operating System and a case management system (within the last five years).
- Familiarity with remote management tools.
- Knowledge of the Incident Management process.
- Experience in NetWare, eDirectory, Active Directory (AD).
- Experience in ITIL or equivalent processes.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: 30,000.00kr - 60,000.00kr per month
