We offer
An interesting position in a dynamic environment where you will be part of a brilliant Nordic underwriting team consisting of 4 people, all based in Stockholm and covering the Nordics, working closely together handling insurance products in Marine Cargo and Freight Forwarders Liability.
As a student worker in Marine, you will be handling various underwriting related tasks within commercial insurance with focus on Marine products. You will be interacting with different stakeholders both internally and externally and you will get valuable experience of working in a global insurance company servicing multinational companies. Your tasks will consist of:

Assisting Underwriters with various admin tasks

Reviewing risk information

Providing booking instructions and draft insurance documents

Interacting with clients and other AIG offices around the world
We are looking for someone who
Is currently pursuing a higher education within a relevant academic field (e.g., Law, economics, finance, international business or other relevant studies) and who

Enjoys a dynamic workplace and likes to work in an international environment

Is structured, service minded and eager to take on new challenges
-
Has great written and verbal communication skills in English and Swedish

Keeps a positive mindset – even when things are moving fast and with tight deadlines

Is a team player
