Ikano Bank's Digital Delivery organization is seeking an experienced Test Strategist to join the Quality & Methods Chapter. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of solving complex testing challenges in medium to large organizations. As the Test Strategist, you will take responsibility for developing and maintaining a guiding QA strategy, implementing new and improved ways of working in Agile DevOps teams, and ensuring that best practices and tooling are up-to-date and utilized across the organization.Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, develop, and drive the test strategy within the Bank / ARTs
- Coach and guide DevOps teams on software testing practices
- Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze, identify and drive QA-related improvements
- Interact with Product Owners, Architects, Release Train Engineers, and other key stakeholders
Required Experience / Competences:
- Proven experience in developing a test strategy for DevOps teams and Agile Release trains
- Strong knowledge of Test Strategy for Micro Service-based architecture
- Exposure to SAFe methodology and DevOps
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken
- Proficiency in designing Automation Frameworks, Performance Test Strategies, (Reliability, Load)
- Proficiency in REST, Web Sockets, API testing, Mobile APP testing (Android, iOS), Saucelabs, Appium
- Experience with Mocking Solutions and Service Virtualization
Nice to have:
- Experience with Test Data Management
- Proficiency in Selenium, Java, Junit, BDD, Cucumber, Kafka, Spring Boot, Jira X-ray, Jmeter, Scala
- Experience with AWS, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Building CI/CD/CT pipelines
- Exposure to Security Test Approaches and tools
The ideal candidate is comfortable working under demanding and changing conditions, with a proven track record of delivering results. They possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, product owners, architects, and other stakeholders. They are detail-oriented and can visualize the bigger picture. They enjoy teamwork, have a "get it done" attitude, and are skilled in stakeholder management.
